Merry Christmas from the land of Vishnu!

Namaste,

This Christmas marks the first time in my life that I haven't spent the holiday with my family. While we are all a little choked up that we're not together, it has given me the opportunity to visit India.

Today I am in Delhi in northern India. India represents an immediate assault on the senses. The colors, smells, sounds and sights are the things of television travel shows. It's all at once exactly what I expected it to be, but I imagine, it will also surprise me at every turn.

I arrived last night, and I've only been out and awake for a couple of hours, but I will post more once I've done more!

I spent the night in Bangkok with several friends from school the night before last and we had a great time easing into our vacation. I'll be back in Thailand in 2 weeks, where I plan on hitting the beach and chilling out before going back to Seoul.
